Yeah I understand what you guys are saying about needing to be quit for good, and that is what im planning I just think if I get get a few days under my belt then it might be less daunting than saying forever.
got through yesterday, gave myself some extra work so I worked later than normal figured its less time at home to think about smoking. I felt like I going to cave last night when I couldnt sleep but once I got off I slept all night. I use sleep as an excuse to continue doing it as im not a great sleeper so going to get myself a night time routine to help get me off then its an excuse I cant use, gping to buy some nice bath stuff, lavender oils and chamomile teas hopefully help with a natural sleep.
