Gang, I'm sure you don't want to hear me complain about chilly it is overnight (40's) and only high 60's in the afternoon. Nope, you won't hear me complain.

I'm feeling a little lousy too but it's not a cold or flu or anything like that. Back to having stomach trouble, bloated and just feel yucky. I don't go to the doctor because I've had every gastro-intestinal test they can think of--nothing. It affects my work productivity, social life (what social life?), time with Mr. Ringo (we're both tired of talking about it), my weight and of course, I miss going to the gym when I have an episode.
Otherwise I'm very healthy!
