Completely off topic...but super excited!
So this year I decided that my big home expense next year will have to be my A/C, it's on it's last leg and is soooo inefficient. I found out when I do that I will have to replace my furnace as well b/c of how things are made basically. Many thousands of dollars.
Over the weekend my furnace would not work. I have a home warranty and called them, they came out today and they will be replacing my furnace tomorrow! All for my $125 deductible.
I am SO EXCITED. This is saving me about $3500-$4000. I almost cancelled my home warranty a few months ago as I have not really used it much. So glad I did not do it!
So, that is my good news for the day. My finances are in pretty rough shape, so this is some good stuff.
