I'm in. Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
I feel very hopeful and happy.
I am eager to feel healthy inside again. Happy within myself, proud of myself again. No more headaches, anxiety or depression, drink to forget then wake up feeling like crap and the cycle continues.
I am learning I can not be in control of many things that are going on in my life but I realized today that THIS IS ONE THING I CAN TAKE CONTROL OVER.
