Sleep is a challenge for me, in various forms since I got sober! I have definitely felt fine with a short amount of straight sleep, and honestly at just past 2 yr 8 mo I struggle with a different sleep pattern (or, non sleep pattern) and it's often un fun to say the least.
I've learned to be grateful for good nights and energy, and accommodate with naps and sometimes meds.
