A bit of help today please

See below from the September group I am part of. As predicted I am beginning to think ‘You’re owed a drink today’ so, following my plan, I’m posting for support!!

i’ll talk you through my previous slip for my benefit! - as it happened after the same meeting as I have today (sept 12th?). I had a Directors meeting like today and it was good, but during the morning my mind kept turning to ‘You deserve a drink after this’. I was busy and allowed the thought to fester, crucially I didn’t put anything into place because I’d decided to act on the thought. Then at 4.30 I suggested the pub and I’ve spent a month recovering from it.

Today if those thoughts come I’m going to excuse myself briefly to have a quick meditate, or post on here. Or go for a quick walk. I’m going to eat well at lunch time. Ive got cake for later in afternoon if I feel risky. Ive told everyone I’m not drinking today. Ive got a meeting at 8 I need to drive to.
