Goooooood morning. It's 6AM here, and I've already had coffee.
Today I have to eat within my calories, as yesterday turned into a
day. It happens. I was loathe to step on that scale this morning, though. No good food goes unpunished? Nah, it was worth it. Just have to buckle down a little for a few days and all will be right with the world again.
It has been so gorgeous here. Mid sixties and clear. I went to the zoo and even all the zoo critters were bouncing around.
Oh! The Eagle cam is back up for the season, so you can get bored with my updates again.
There won't be eggs for about a month, but they are remodeling the nest.
