I can't stress enough how basic stuff you mentioned is important. It's often overlooked or highbrowed because it's... basic. It should happen automatically. Right? Wrong. These are solid blocks in the foundations without which the rest of the structure develops cracks and eventually starts falling apart. And they deserves as much attention as required to foster and grow them.

Hevyn - Thank you for congrats. I remember you were one of the first people who welcomed me when I just joined. So many warm memories which were born amidst rough times of early sobriety.
