Never posted in the weekender before, having a very wierd day so thought I’d check in.
Horrible morning where I was invited to a pub where I would DEFINITELY have drink and I stupidly agreed. Then spent two hours stressing will I drink won’t I drink; I will drink, I won’t drink. Eventually saw sense and found an excuse and out.
It’s really unsettled me. Ate all afternoon, just been for a run, an not going to drink today for sure but feeling wobbly
