I would absolutely recommend reading Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. It's what made me realise what I was doing to my body, and made me start this sober journey! It's a real wake up call.
That is a great book! Fascinating how sleep impacts literally everything as far as our bodies go. I’m on day 12 here and while there have been a few days of insomnia, overall my rest (and dreaming) has taken a positive turn.
