The nausea has come back, just in time for our church Community Group!
I thought about bringing my blue plastic bucket downstairs with me, but it’s got a wide surface area—people could see content. Probably it would be more discreet if I had to barf to use my “I Recycle” bag with the official green environmental logo!
I hope it doesn’t come to that. I do actually have a few minutes’ warning with the truly bad nausea: I get very dizzy and my eyes lose focus. I almost pass out.
If I feel that happening, I’ll just call out to my husband to help me upstairs.
