Day 8... Oh Monday
Well, I made it to day 8. I have notice some brain fog, especially yesterday. Couldn't formulate a clear thought hardly. I was struggling to find the right words and such, it was a mess. Made it through though and still determined to keep going. I love being sober, and I know my mind will improve, my body is healing and I am alive and really alive for the first time in a long time. Hey, I can remember the whole weekend !
Wanted to check in, it seems to really help me to check in here. I hope I don't annoy you too much.
