Just found some passionflower tea to try as someone on SR recommended it and I've pretty much tried everything else. Don't want to go to doctors for stronger stuff as I am easily addicted to just about anything!!! including exercise and coffee lol.
i'll run the passionflower tea by my doc to see if i can take it with my other meds.
but you wrote exactly how i feel to the letter.
