I make pancake batter that can be in the fridge for 3-4 days, english pancakes like french crepes not the fluffy american ones.

Then when I crave something sweet I can make a small pancake, chop some banana on it, a sprinkle of organic chopped hazlenuts, a drizzle of honey and it's much more satisfying than chocolate. You can add any kind of fruit, strawberries, blueberries, chopped apple or pear!

Or get some pineapple rings, or peaches, put them on a griddle and when done pour over some natural yoghurt.

...or sprinkle a banana with cinnemon, drizzle with honey and oven bake it for 10-15 minutes.

...or get some orange pieces (cut out of the skins so just the flesh, put them in a pan with a little coconut milk and ginger powder.

Just a few idea's of things I do as a treat so I don't feel like I am denying myself the pleasure of the sweet stuff and it's more healthy as it's real fruit and you know what's in it!
