Just realised I have made it to day 11, had a few AV close calls, but the truth is I want sobriety more than I want short term relief today and that is an absolute MIRACLE. Tonight is my Step group meeting and its Step 1, how totally and utterly apt for me.
I am struggling with a weird brain fog, but after all it's been through with my poison I have to accept the side effects of my mind and body doing their best to repair the damage.
I am feeling very fearful about "stuff" but nothing I can do right now about that except to keep the AV in check,go to meetings,my rehab group and for now simply be grateful & that'll do me nicely for today.
