Good morning all. Thank you all for you sweet words of encouragement.
This panic thing is actually from her dad. He has it and so does his mum. Thing now is she is anxious waiting for it to come again especially in the evening. But we will get there and find ways of managing it. I will get her to the docs too. This is the thing about being a mum. As they get older the challenges grow up too. At least she is talking about it and not bottling it up.
Here's to another sober 24 for us all. Warts and all we don't have to run to a bottle to hide from our troubles. That poison holds no answers and in reality no comfort either.
Haha that reminds me last night we had a meal out in a nice pub. Without thinking I said to my sister "I'll carry this lemonade you bring the poison!" Oops!
