I was in a hellish place when I found the Sober Recovery forums. I initially started reading to find out more about AVRT and did so by reading many of the great posts here.
Then I signed up to post a bit and in the month or so I've been doing so I've found it a great help and the forum has helped me though some difficult times. There's some wonderful people here and we all have something in common of course. Peer support is a most valuable thing to have in one's recovery tool box.
I'm here to stay.
