I quit for good (3rd attempt) almost 3 years ago at 41. My life has been infinately better. I still suffer from anxiety/Depression and work with my DR on prescribed Rx. But I am in a better place with full control of my life.
Nothing could make me go back to pouring gallons of booze down my throat day after day in hopes of being "happy". Lol, it's a ridiculous thought.
