Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was able to cope with today's challenges. I am grateful that my class was cancelled so I got an evening off. I am grateful that I am maintaining my weight (lost 1lb in fact) despite having to have my gastric band loosened due to being pregnant. I am grateful for good hair days.
