Switching from Spirits to Wine
Hi all,
I'm an active user of alcohol. I go through about 1/2 a bottle to a bottle of spirits a day and have been for the last year. Was just wondering is it better to switch over to wine. I found by doing a bottle of wine I felt it quelled my symptoms just a tad. Anyone else have experience with this?
