I've done it. Well for 10 months so far.
Hi every one.
I am an alcoholic that hasn't had a drink for 10 months.
Fell off the wagon twice in that time, bought a 6 pack of beer each time as I don't like beer.
Hated myself after.
I only drank heavy for a year but was doing a bottle of spirits a day.
My excuse was PTSD. There is no excuse.
