Hi - I don't have that support at home either. My husband is a heavy drinker, (I think alcoholic). Lack of support regarding alcohol at home and with friends is a primary reason (like Nonsensical) that I participate in SR. Folks here understand and are living the sober life with the same trials, tribulations and successes that we are. You may prefer the F2F support of AA. I don't attend AA myself, but I'm finding a huge amount of support here at SR. Normies don't understand.
