I am doing well 16 and thanks for asking ��. I am currently in rehab in Thailand, will have been here 30 days on Tuesday and staying another 30 days after that. It’s been a rollercoaster so far and dealing with the emotional stuff has been really really tough, but my counsellor is really good and I am learning a lot about how I can manage life on life’s terms and understand my emotions and change my negative thinking.
