Good sober morning everyone!! So great to be awake and clear headed! No shame or regret just one more day! 31 days and starting to feel more human. Had a few days of intense anxiety but it seems to be lifting... the clouds are fading!! Finding a new purpose, to stay sober and spread the word to others suffering. Cool place to be!
