Yesterday I had a Drs appointment and today read my Care Summary under my patient portal.
This was posted:
2. Screening for disorder
• alcohol use disorders identification test
• geriatric depression screen
• fall risk screening
I can't figure out what tests were used to designate each.
First Dr said, "I'm going to say 3 words and I want you to repeat them."
I did that.
Next, the Dr. had me draw a numeric clock and then designate the time: '10 after 11:00". After I did that, she asked me to repeat the 3 words she had previously told me.
I don't remember the fall risk screening.
Anyway, just thought it was interesting, though slightly disturbing since I'm being admistered geriatric tests.
