Checking in too. Had a week in Seattle last week with my girls (for soccer, as usual), and it was really nice! Now back home and settled in for a really hot 4th of July. My husband and I run a 4.4 mile road race early tomorrow morning. It is my favorite race, but I am sooo out of training I have no business running it! With all of the heat and humidity, I am just going to take it easy and walk when I have to.
Great to hear from you Ina! Good to hear you have been working a lot. I hope the AV has gone away or at least quieted down a bit.
