Hi minion 😀 I'm doing the same though As I was so Late joining June think I'll start afresh here.
Hi everyone. I have a few days sober and it feels better to wake up in the morning. This heat is unbearable in the UK. I love it in the day but struggling at night but no matter how little sleep I have its better than waking with a hangover.
Off on hols today with my son. It feels good to be doing it clear headed. I have a day of children s activities and hopefully no time to think of a drink.
Here's to a dry July and life for us all. X
