Not sure what trulys are, but sounds like you have made the good, right decisions about the grocery trip. It is so true that the smallest things can freak us out in the beginning of sobriety.
To just add something I have learned - Dr Google can be terrifying. Going to my real drs (GP and liver- I was very sick when I quit) was the way I had to finally go, to figure out what I really had going on, and face dealing with it.
