There's a lot of crap going on between us now, and I can't blame him for being a little angry... I'm the crazy one after all.
As for getting help, I'm seeing a p-doc every week and my GP every three weeks to review my AD meds... all this is not much help at the moment, I'm just too anxious, I don't trust them and I don't want to talk.
But you are doing it nevertheless....strength and commitment.
And you have us to talk to....talk as much as you like/need/want.....we care about you and between us we have some pretty major sobriety time and coping skills.
