Looks like you are doing a lot of things right however I see one thing missing. If you had a good report from your doc, why not join a gym and work those blues out. Trust me once you get in a routine of going 3 or 4 days a week you will be hooked! Your body will feel MUCH better and your mind will clear. What ever you do don't go back to drinking and put poison back in your body. You only wake up to a serious headache and even more aches. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise and watch that depression move out of town.
