I plan my food to a T. Our food...a week at a time. I don't get it right, yet, but I have never done this for two people before.....and although I look awful right now, Nick looks fantastic.
He is thriving on a much healthier diet....afternoon snack of strawberries blueberries and raspberries....and he is happy....
I just need exercise. I have a treadmill and I need to use it because it is too humid for me to walk.
