I’m baaaaaack!!
So my 5 weeks of rehab has been done, 64 days sober and I am feeling really good! Treatment was so different than I thought it would be! A lot of stuff brought up from the past, but I really put everything I had into it and now it’s up to me to continue! Although I was 3 weeks sober going in, I was just not drinking but not doing anything about changing my thinking and behaviors! It was hard to see very little of family especially the kids but it was for the right reasons! I hope everyone is doing okay! And thank you all so much for the help in the 3 weeks before I went in! You’re a great bunch x
