I need to do some more research as well! I’ve been reading “Attached” by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller (amazing book btw) and I can definitely identify my XABF as an avoidant type. The more reflection I did, I can also identify other Avoidants I’ve dated and almost all of them were heavy drinkers, while the Secures I’ve dated were not ...
