6:18 am here in N. Idaho. Planning on hiking up the mountain in back of my property with the dog. It’s about 4.5 miles one way. Its finally stopped raining and grateful the river in front of the cabin hasn’t flooded, she is high and raging this month. 14 days sober today. Meditation, SR and wearing myself out by keeping busy have carried me through. 24 more hours today, no matter what❤️
