The road to well being

Day 1.
Keeping it simple. Work, eat, empty rubbish, cook, eat, water, maybe read and watch video. have to do something on line that takes an awake mind and an hour or two.

have a few quitting alcohol books. Finally decided to start on the book that guy on alcohol mastery has. "how to quit drinking" or something. Simply because he has a load of youtube videos. Read it and watch a video everyday perhaps.

Get to bed.
