Hey everybody. I'm not sure how to start this so here it goes.

I'm a 27 year old male who has been excessively drinking for years and suffering from bad depression. Recently I've decided I really need to make some changes in my life and am trying to avoid the bottle. I am 5 days sober at this point but struggling and not sure how to proceed.
