Five days is great. I couldn't make past four for twenty years. It was a nightmare.
It's great that you realize you may have a problem with drink. I did too at your age, but would go onto drink for another many years. It was my life. My life revolved around drinking. It wasn't pretty at the end.
I've been sober now for nine years and life couldn't be better. I did go to AA and it helped me immensely. I would recommend it as above.There are other programs and this place.
