I didn't understand your situation at first
Rar but now i do. Thank you for sharing
your situation with me.

I'm an early to bed person mainly because
i don't want to stay up and eat, plus i don't
like sitting thru all those commercials.

Anyway.....

Maybe you can invest in a personal nutritionist,
someone who will walk with you step by step in
teaching you what foods will be healthier for you
to eat. Foods and meals suited for your own
body.

What works for one person may not necessarily
work for another because we are all made up
differently inside.

No one ever has to go thru anything alone
or by ourselves. And neither do you.

Begin with doing the footwork by searching
for someone to work with you. Ask, your doctor
for suggestions, point you in the right direction.

In asking, you shall receive.

Stay strong and start putting your health
and yourself as top priority in getting what
you need to be the best healthiest person
you can possibly be moving forward.
