Many years ago i had the tv on Dr. Phil.
I don't recall what the whole show was
about, but i did take one thing that he did
share with me and have never forgotten
it after all these yrs.
"If it isn't in the house, you won't eat it."
Not only have i used it for alcohol but
i also use it for food and for other things
that are not healthy for me.
If, it isn't in the house, you/I/we wont
eat/drink or use it.
