Thank you venuscat. I just got back from a meeting. My ex sponsor came late, sat in front row and never saw me so that was good. I left in ok spirits but honestly I知 craving alcohol a little but I知 very depressed. Had to have a cry which helped a little. I知 so tired of the fight with depression and the loneliness. Didn稚 sleep but about an hour last night so I知 sure that is contributing. I値l feel better tomorrow maybe. I won稚 drink.
