Hi Jen, I'm so happy you're here. You seem to have a lot of tools at your disposal, and clearly, you were doing a lot right if you were able to stay sober for 1.5 years! I've also faced struggles with anxiety, and it seems counterintuitive, but of course we know that alcohol makes it so much worse.
