there's a saying, when people show you who they are, believe them. what have his actions shown you over time? that your money is not safe. that your personal possessions are not safe. that your employee sponsored accounts are not safe. keep that in mind when you go talk to the attorney.....these acts are considered theft. and he did them against YOU......
i know this is tough. but it's not your fault. you did not cause this, you cannot control it, and you can't cure. he has every chance to get better.....but not at your expense. take care of you and the kids, first foremost and always!!
