I always tell myself, I never have to be alone. And we're lucky in addiction, we don't have to be. There are recovery groups like AA, Smart, Refuge Recovery, groups at church. In the states we have Meetups....and there is pretty much a group for everything. There is 12 step based Yoga. There is a work out network called Phoenix Multisport and Recovery Strong. Lots of stuff.
Pick one, give it a try. And of course on line support is great! And here we are!!
