Not drinking will fill your time up sure enough.
Fill it with healthy things like good diet.
Walking
Mindfulness
Relaxation techniques
AV training
Like nonsensical said you can do anything you want to do or you can drink.

Keep putting the mins,hours,days in
The rest will follow
