I'm on around day 6 of being sober and every now and again especially when it's quiet I hear music in my head. Songs I know but they play out like a broken record. Is this a withdrawl symptom or the librium?
It’s craziest thing. My fan is on and I’m hearing music being played through it. And it’s on loop. When I turn the fan off the music stops.
