Not my finest day as a Mom. Hoping I can make up for it somehow.
I did not start my day with anything spiritual. However, I did listen to a great podcast about mindfulness while working out ( usually listen to music.) I got some great insight and great ideas on how to start a morning practice of mindfulness and gratitude. If anyone loves podcasts as much as I do, here is the name of it:

The episodes are short but full of lots of information. Hope at least one person can benefit from it the way I have already.
