As you said in another post, "not every day is a diamond day".
In early sobriety, I had more than my fair (
) share of bad moods and grumpy days. The further I went into recovery, self examination, and sober living, the further apart those days were.
Not all of my days are diamond days but my moods and my temperament have definitely evened out.
And, I have eaten quite a lot of humble pie......
