Having a soberlicious birthday!
Hi everyone,
Today is my birthday!
I’ve been sober since April 25 last year. 282 days. I feel better than ever. Not just physically, but mentally. I am so happy. Everyday I wake up and feel happy about my people and life. I never felt like this.
I thought I was having fun and enjoying being drunk every day, but it was a mask. It was BS. It was a huge burden I carried. I wasn’t enjoying it. Just doing it because that was what I knew.
When you are facing tough times and you think drinking will make it better, it won’t.
Have a non alcoholic treat for me tonight!
