Hello everyone!
Jethro got a call a couple of days ago from the VAH nurse. She told him his surgery is scheduled for 28 February! Ugh! I said to him: "Happy birthday to ME!" I'll be spending my birthday in the hospital while he's in surgery. She also told him if there's a cancellation she'll slip him into the appointment. So we wait and see as of now.
He's SOOOO ready to get this done and get rid of this pain the torn meniscus is causing him. I'm SOOOOO ready for it to ALL be done and over with too! Sigh!
I sent a text to my nephew telling him the surgery date. He said he's still onboard with helping me while Jethro's down! Love this boy! Ummm huge 21 yro man!
I'm not a tiny person and he towers over me! I disappear in his large bear hugs too! LOL I'm going to have a steep grocery bill while he's here. He can never seem to get full! Ugh!
