I think you have a case of anxiety. I'm not suggesting you use again but I also know many people who used way more and way longer and healed fine. I dont want to give you something else to obsess on but if I was you I would be more afraid of blood pressure issues than whats going on in your nose. The blood is probably from the steroids or neddie pot use.
I would go with the second dr and cut the other 4 out. The last thing you need is a bunch of judgement from unhelpful people in the medical field.
I dont see how old you are. Maybe a therapist with an addiction specialty is in order. Good luck to you. Remember the first couple of months in recovery our minds can make mountains out of molehills. Have you been to a NA meeting? that might be helpful
